泰式香草烤雞

 

2010 世界盃完結

昨晚矇矇矓矓等極都未有結果

今早醒來已日上三竿

就趕著到超市買隻雞

材料有 9 成都是老師送的

怎可能不試試

我用了 40 mins 烤焗

賣相都不錯

次次都自吹自擂....唔多掂

今晚決定外賣到烹飪班比老師....同學....評吓

我為了方便入保鮮盒

把烤雞切開幾件

老師評：

＊ 烤焗的時間未夠致未達金黃色，可 + 焗多 ≦10 mins，

這樣除外皮色澤改善外，味道亦會更香濃入味。

 

＊ 配料 (即香茅...南薑) 剁/磨得未夠茸，未能黏住肋骨位。

 

＊  假若烤雞不是即食，勿切件存放，

因為這樣再番焗熱會流失肉汁，

建議整隻雞再入焗爐番熱為佳。

 

 

下次要買隻大雞來烤

一定會更好！
