鮑螺紅蘿蔔竹絲雞湯


 


冬天很想飲老火湯


今日就要補一補


煲「鮑螺紅蘿蔔竹絲雞湯」



 







 


材料:



新鮮竹絲雞 ~ 1 隻 $68


瘦肉~ $10


急凍智利鮑螺~ 2 個


紅蘿蔔~ 1 個 $4.5


果皮~ 1 片



 






 


做法:



1. 急凍鮑螺解凍後 用刀刮去黑色的表面後沖洗淨


用薑葱氽水再用凍水飛水


2. 竹絲雞去皮去脂肪後氽水再飛水


3. 瘦肉洗淨氽水後再飛水


4. 紅蘿蔔去皮後切件


5.  果皮浸水後 用刀刮去表層


6. 煲水至滾    放以上材料煲 2 個半小時


 


 


紅蘿蔔煲雞是無敵組合


很甜很溫暖的滋補雞湯

    咁就最有效
    不過唔好止疴 ......清晒啲菌就無嘢架啦
    物烏雞好肉酸咩?雞湯好好飲
    冬天就燥啲都唔怕
    我仲將隻雞啲內臟 + 冬菇絲炒菜心送飯呀
