淮山：補肺益腎 健脾止瀉 益精補氣
杞子：滋補肝腎 明目 潤肺

配以上用料 + 凍滾水慢火燉兩小時

回覆刪除I put the small towel & Bamboo layer at the bottom of small pot.......but the sales is suggested to use the LC silicone pot holder....
