除夕中西自家煮

 

2009 除夕夜

我要試煮~ 蜜糖芥末烤雞

但最後都無放落焗爐

只是用這平底鑊煎煎.....反反......焗焗.....

已有這理想金黃色澤......肉嫩 .......亦能鎖住肉汁的效果

但略嫌不夠咸味

下次一定會更好

 

這天氣

很想飲西洋菜、生魚、豬骨、陳腎老火湯

 

 

今年除夕夜就在家

享受我的中西自家煮

2009 就快又完結啦

期望 2010 一切更好.....更進步
