要預備午餐及飯盒

雪櫃還有半盒急凍越南虎蝦

有一包李錦記干燒明蝦醬

(Sauce For Tomato & Garlic Prawn)

就頻頻煮這

『干燒明蝦』

賣相還可以嗎？

 

 

做法：

- 虎蝦先解凍及洗淨

- 剪去蝦腳...蝦鬚及挑去頭部的腸

- 用少許鹽、胡椒粉、栗粉醃一陣

 

 

- 燒紅鑊煎蝦兩面

 

 

-再用李錦記干燒明蝦醬 + 水燴入>>>>>快炒一陣

- 見汁收可熄火>>>>>>上碟

 

 

這味快捷....簡單.....惹味的干燒明蝦

是我今夜的美味飯盒
