南瓜排骨煲仔飯

《本草綱目》載：「南瓜性溫、味甘，入脾、胃經」

功能補中益氣、消炎殺蟲、止痛

南瓜含豐富蛋白質、纖維素、醣類、脂肪、維生素等

其中所含豐富果膠及「甘露醇」

不僅有通便作用

還可黏結吸附細菌和毒害物

包括重金屬、鉛等，起排毒作用

能防止腸細胞突變

可預防大腸癌、結腸癌等

並能抑制致癌物質「亞硝酸胺」的突變作用

增強肝腎細胞的再生能力

同時果膠可保護胃部

免受刺激減少潰瘍情况

對糖尿病人更有穩定血糖之效

冬粥暖胃，可用以煮粥或湯來滋養腸胃

但腸胃濕熱的人必須慎食

否則容易胃滿腹脹不適

做法:

- 先用鹽....糖.....豉油....栗粉....XO 醬醃排骨

- 南瓜去皮切粒

- 米用水浸一陣

- 中火＞＞慢火：先煲飯......待收水後+排骨+南瓜

-  飯好慢火＞＞收火加小棠菜焗一陣

 

 

南瓜溶了>>>>>Mixed with 飯 + 排骨 = 好香好好味
