可原隻雞......鴨.....鵝.......放入煲內烹調

你睇幾啱身

我決定做最簡單好味的鹽焗雞

只需用薑、葱、鹽焗雞粉搽勻全身及內部

醃 2-3 Hours

用生菜墊底＞放醃好的雞上面＞蓋上煲蓋

 

 

先中火＞後慢火

蒸 20 mins 後＞勿開蓋焗 15 mins 便成
