今日 Off,無咩好做------一於又試新煲!
煮咩?要煮個餸時間耐啲, 才試到與普通煲的分別,就炆牛腩啦!牛腩的絕配一定是蘿蔔--------就柱侯蘿蔔炆牛腩
買了一斤牛腩/$44、一個白蘿蔔/$5.5、柱侯醬/$5 、清雞湯一盒/$11.9 ,就回家開爐!
牛腩要氽水,再落鑊加蒜、薑、葱煎一煎,然後用清雞湯+一小粒冰糖慢火炆 45 分鐘,後加蘿蔔及柱侯醬再炆 30 分鐘!
睇相就知幾成功啦!好味到不得了!不過都幾肥膩囉!
P.S.冰糖是炆牛腩的竅門.........快啲腍喎!
