煮飯仔

咖喱炆牛腩

但下午到街市逛

牛肉檔的坑腩已買晒

只有牛根腩及牛展

所以今次決定用牛展 (無咁肥) 做主題

先看看材料

 

 

1. 爆香洋葱

2. 爆薯仔

3. 再爆牛展

(分開爆)

再 + 紅蘿蔔 + 咖喱粉 + 水 +  調味炆 1 小時

無火焗半小時便成

Silver white winters that melt into springs

When the dog bites
When the bee stings
When I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don't feel so bad
