辣炒韓式年糕

很常見的韓國街頭小吃

狀似我們的豬腸粉

其實是切條年糕

質地煙韌彈牙....帶點米香

醬汁甜甜酸酸辣辣

十分開胃

可簡簡單單又一餐

 

 

竹籤魚皮

普遍程度一如我們的拮魚蛋

長長一條竹籤拮著大大塊魚皮

然後放在高湯浸煮

湯汁吸滿魚皮

軟糯又帶點魚鮮味

 

 

紅高梁煎餅

一個坊間甚罕見的韓國傳統節慶小吃

以紅高梁和麵粉搓成粉皮

慢火煎香

內餡以紅豆蓉為主

煎餅入口煙韌......是一種粗糙質樸的味道

 

 

這個 Pine Bud Drink

松子芽特飲

若不是從這罐內倒出

我一定以為自己誤服清潔劑/玻璃水/潔廁液

難怪香港是沒有銷售的

 

 

這個韓國米水

Soybean 與 Milk 的感覺

有濃濃的玄米香味

味道不太甜~Very Good!
