這篇應是昨天

買到 $34.9 美國長柄士多啤梨

 

多上鏡的紅色

這個糖醋骨是我的第一次制作

又是靠厨神同事「平姐」口述程序

 

還要多謝她送給我的「山西陳醋」

這是購自深圳家樂福超市

她說比香港便宜很多

下次我都要入番兩手先

 

材料：

金沙骨    $19.9

山西陳醋 估計 ～￥4-5

檸檬 1 個 3 個/$5

片糖2片

茄汁少許

 

 

做法：

1.  先用調味醃金沙骨

2. 用蒜子起鑊爆香骨至濃濃地

 

 

3.   粉紅妹妹剪彩

估估吓混汁--半支陳醋、檸檬汁 1個、茄汁～3湯匙

片糖 2片

4. 慢火炆～20 Mins→→中火收汁

 

 

色......香........味 俱全

 

 

再煮蒜蓉炒芥菜

嫌苦了點----有咩辦法呢
