敬業樂業

 

 

我們經常聽別人說

「敬業樂業」

字面解釋

「敬業」即是尊敬自己的職業    對工作負責任

「樂業」即是對自己當的職業感到愉悅   從工作中體驗樂趣及成功感

但這些說法都是知易行難

 

 

 

從自己過往工作中

要在繁忙的常規    複雜的人際關係裏尋尋覓覓

敬業還可以自我心態確定  

但樂業往往要配合很多客觀環境因素調節

這確是要終生學習課題

 

 

 

現在

每逢 P ，N 更乘搭小巴返工

很多時都遇到一位長者司機

憑樣貌應該超過 65 歲

但精神抖擻    目光如炬

每逢一有乘客上車     必大聲提醒這是去邊........無分段

要去..........搭 No.?? 等多陣啦！

依架貴啲架！

 

 

 

晚上的時侯

遇到小朋友熟客

總會打招呼 "又係你呀！點解今晚夜左？"

"我己經同你捉晒啲曱甴啦！"

跟着又自說自話.......講吓爛 Gag

 

 

 

每逢一到站

又會大叫 "到左......啦"

又自話自說 "嘩！落晒啦！"

完全能投入工作     自得其樂

在他身上絕對可感受到「敬業樂業」

 

 

實在沈默不語亦絕對能勝任小巴司機一職

但就是多了一個 Heart

一份親切感

那一種助人自助的快樂

相信他絕對感受領會到
