三文魚頭湯

三文魚頭會比我家附近的新鮮及便宜

還記得同事話三文魚頭洋葱蕃茄湯可治鼻敏感

又聞說煲出來的湯很甜很美味

只有為食...肚餓症的我一定要試煮

今次除洋葱、蕃茄外還 + 上豆腐及多薑去魚腥味

記得魚頭洗淨用鹽及胡椒粉先醃

兩面煎透才滾湯
