白蘿蔔二食





上星期一個忙到甩轆的上午

老豆來電問:方唔方便講幾句?

我無氣回答:講啦!老豆

老豆凝重地說:我煲咗煲好好飲嘅湯?妳今晚返嚟飲!

又再補充:唔係啲名貴嘅湯.....不過好甜好好飲....
妳一定鍾意

我敷衍回應:好啦!今晚返嚟!

回家在門口已充斥著濃濃的蘿蔔及茶樹菇香味

原來是三色蘿蔔 (紅、綠、白) 混合再配上茶樹菇獨有的香味

又攰又渴的我足足飲了兩湯碗

原來加上白蘿蔔煲湯是如此美味

昨晚一於試煲




材料

-青、紅、白蘿蔔 (半條)

-茶樹菇 (浸透及洗淨)

-豬展骨 (氽水備用)

-陳腎 (氽水並切片)

-南北杏、陳皮及蜜棗 (清洗及陳皮刮去面層)



方法:

水滾後下料 →再滾起 →文火再煲兩小時多












喜歡吃蘿蔔的朋友一定不容錯過

而另一截的白蘿蔔
