~19:00 離開火車 Rossio Station/Lisboa

火車站又見小情人道別的痴纏情節

 

 

擁有狗仔隊天份的我

當然不會放過這精彩片段

 

 

我們本想 Belem 區一遊修道院

但在市內搭地鐵 Restauradores Station 又不能直達

搭巴士又找不到車站

又不想回去停車場取車

 

 

就在 Lisboa 市內兜兜轉轉

 

 

舊式古老建築物配鵝卵石鋪成的街道

已成了我對里斯本的印記

 

 

我拿著相機跟著友人們輕快的步伐

不斷的 Snap-Shot 街景

 

 

Praca dos Restauradores

廣場紀念碑

為紀念 17 世紀時脫離西班牙統治而建

 

 

在舊城區無時無刻都見到瓷磚的影子

使用在建築物的外牆裝飾及地面拼圖設計

 

 

我們入鞋店逛了半小時多

朋友竟然有所收獲

 

 

接下來我們 Set GPS 尋找今早青年旅館職員介紹的

正宗葡萄牙菜餐館

 

 

用 GPS 在地面路上尋找餐館

感覺挺有趣

彷如一個尋寶遊戲

 

 

用了一小時多上上落落....尋尋覓覓才找到

不求人....只靠 GPS set 地址亦可找到目的地......

 

 

踏破鐵鞋

終於來到旅館職員推介的葡式餐廳

 

 

地方細細

但氣氛感覺良好

 

 

侍應生態度熱情且風趣

尤如一個喜劇演員 Charlie Chaplin 攪棟篤笑....

 

 

他介紹這餐前白酒配地道芝士及麵包

 

 

這都是我們誤打誤撞下 order 的菜式

一般味道......沒有驚喜

 

 

這味肉餅配炸魚柳

 

 

Forget It ......我已忘記炸魚餅還是甚麼呢？

好味的烤魚

 

 

隆重登場的 Bacalhau

大家都熟悉的「葡國鹹魚」馬介休

即是經海鹽醃製過的鱈魚 "Cod Fish"

葡萄牙人視之為烹調靈魂

大時大節及一些主要的葡國菜式均見其影蹤

這道葡菜已有五百餘年歷史之久

 

 

馬介休可追溯到 13 世紀

歐洲的漁民無意中發現

木桶裏的魚被海鹽醃了一段時日

不但不會腐爛且別有風味

他們最愛肉質由細嫩醃得粗獷的鱈魚

砍去魚頭……剖出大塊的魚柳

用鹽水沖洗淨

再用粗海鹽厚厚地埋好封好

至少要醃六個星期

魚柳的重量至少輕了一半…..便可裝箱上船作糧食

隨著出海的航海冒險家回國

吃「馬介休」的習慣便在葡萄牙發揚光大

能夠一嚐這美味的一餐葡萄牙菜

讓今天寫遊記的我也回味無窮

到停車場取車再泊到另一停車場

這裡的露天街泊車位要給予『陀地費』

有三兩黑人在停車場流連

見一些街坊街里也例行給予金錢打賞

我們查詢後公價 € 1/time

這樣的價錢

為保安全.....當然不甘後人

 

 

沿途漫步回 Yes Hostel

 

 

回到青年旅館

我們在 Lobby Order 了這杯 Lime Rum € 1.5

很重酒精....有點暈酡酡...

又要在地窖搬回行李

是夜 5 人分 2 房入住

我和朋友混了一韓藉少女同房
