Hi, are you still using these 2 woks? Are they still non-stick? Do you still recomend the diamond wok? I found they have titanium wok which is a bite cheaper. Do you have any comment about it? Thanks!
好用! 少用油又唔"痴鑊" 少油煙又乾淨--以往煮完餸啲油彈到周圍都係 現在只是幾點在爐邊 煎魚全鑊受熱,一次可煎多條都唔痴鑊 但注意保養 : 1.) 買一隻膠鑊鏟, 免弄花鑊面 2.) 勿用鋼絲刷、百潔布 (磨損性的物質)清洗 3.) 建議勿用去污液 e.g. 藍威寶、潔而亮 4.) 用後不要立即用凍水贊下...好傷鑊面,最好用熱水浸洗,可以的話洗潔精都走,若太膩就 Mild detergent ! 這都是我小小建議 ! 還看妳使用率及興趣再自己下結論吧!
