泰式煎釀青口

材料：

青口~ 12 両

碎豬肉~ 4 両

泰式辣醬~ 1 湯匙

檸檬葉茸~ 2 片

金不換~ 1 棵

蒜茸、乾葱茸~ 各少許

調味：

魚露及椰糖各少許

做法：

-  急凍青口洗淨再瀝乾水份

-  將檸檬葉切成茸備用

-  將碎肉混合所有材料及調味拌勻→再撻幾下

-  然後釀於青口上→ 放小塊金不換葉於面

- 燒熱鑊中火煎至金黃便可上碟

- 可以泰式雞醬點吃

4 日 3 夜的『武漢春日賞櫻』已到最後一個早上

又是於旅館的自助早餐時間

難以理解的是我天天都這樣好胃口

一個豐富的早餐也樂了半天

在武漢的車牌是以『鄂』字為先

這架開蓬花車漂亮嗎

今早的景點是再遊武大

基於少於半小時車程又可趁一個早上再賞櫻

相信是最佳的節目

晨早的武漢街頭都充斥著各種早點

熱騰騰的葱油餅 .......油條......







不需半小時又來到武漢大學







當天是星期六

賞花的遊人特別多

由於花期已將完結

所以是不用買票入場







但售買花環、紀念品的小檔就密集多了







武大情人坡上的晚櫻也開始凋謝

「花謝花飛飛滿天，紅消香斷有誰憐？」

樹下野餐賞花........太有詩意了







這個早上我又在這裡穿插







當天的櫻花多了一份淒美










中午時份離開武大回旅館

路過店舖見到是這樣售賣薯片







乘公車回旅館路過送多一景點

施洋烈士陵園







詳情的來龍去脈也不想深究

當一遊花園便離開







這裡種的不是櫻花

是嬌豔欲滴的桃花

遇上當地人搭訕

他推介我們到漢口江灘賞海棠花

還是留待明年再來吧







再看看我們住了三個晚上的錦江之星







乘公車 540 回武漢高鐵站






全程一小時多.....30 多個站

但座無虛席.....即直立式







到達武漢站

很有線條美的一個車站







到車站內的永和豆漿店先醫肚







這張車票是第一日到步已買

可惜 14:30 已售罄

這程是普通.......即站站停

整個車程 ~ 5 小時













回到深圳北站已是晚上八時半多

整個行程已圓滿結束
